Meet Chase.

Chase, owner of Driven Custom Homes, with his wife outdoors near Lincoln, Nebraska

The Builder Behind Driven Custom Homes.

Chase was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska — and it’s still where he lives, works, and builds.

When he's not building or managing projects, you'll usually find him with his wife and their two pets — Nova, their dog, and Ravyn, their cat.

They spend as much time outdoors as possible. You can find them boating on the water, exploring new places, and travelling! If you know Chase, a deep-sea fishing trip is always a must when they are near the ocean.

Fun Fact, they're also huge motorsports fans and active drag racers! You can find them competing in as many events as they can each year.

A weekend in Chase’s household might include a round of golf (Chase won't compare his game to John Daly's — it usually costs him a few golf balls), watching a UFC fight, or a fishing trip.

More than anything, Chase always makes the most of every chance to create lasting memories with family and friends. And when it comes to building the home where those memories happen, Chase gets the job done.

How it all started.

The Story Behind Driven Custom Homes.

Chase got into construction in 2017. He trained as a certified structural steel welder, then found his way into the tile trade. He started with showers, flooring, and backsplashes renovations around Lincoln before moving into custom tile work for new-construction homes.

Those years working alongside other builders showed him what good work looks like, and where a lot of builders fall short: missed details, poor organization, and weak communication. When a builder he worked with had lots to sell and encouraged him to take the leap, Chase got approved for a construction loan and finally did what he'd been talking about for years.

That first company grew into what's now Driven Custom Homes — built on the belief that craftsmanship means doing things the right way, even when no one will ever see it.
